Heading Over To Mesa

Sox at Cubs
Owens 8, Getz 4, Quentin 7, Dye 9, AJ 2, Ramirez 6, Kroeger 3, Fields 5, Richard 1.
AJ
It’s not a Cubs vs. Sox battle without A.J. Pierzynski in the mix. The great protagonist/antagonist (depending on your point of view).
Little Kids
Sight seen before the workout in Glendale … two uniformed Sox pitchers picking up rocks and competing with each other to hit a target 50 feet away, just like we all did as kids in the playground.

Sox-Cubs without AJ is like peanut butter without jelly, like Laverne without Shirley, like Abbott without Costello. It’s just WRONG!

Hey Scott–Listening to Farmio and Darren call this horrendous game. They just mentioned a foul ball that came right at you but you just scooted out of the way and continued to eat your sandwich. At least someone is enjoying the game.
Clayton Richard has just punched his ticket to Charlotte. That’s exactly where he belongs.

Was at today’s game in Mesa and yuck! But will say that the Cub fans in Mesa were pretty kind. Gotta think you are right Mark, Clayton bought his ticket. Also want to say that that AJ was great at the game and came over and gave the kids autographs–even Cub fans. Thought there was a decent Sox showing there though. Going to Camelback tomorrow–drove by yesterday and looks cool. The Sox fans I talked to who were at today’s game were very impressed–can’t wait to go inside!! Hope there is a better outcome!
