I know many Sox fans who have been waiting for SoxFest tickets — both Sat/Sun passes and individual-day passes — go on sale Thursday. Here’s today’s press release.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the info on Soxfest. I don’t know if you are ever in meetings to discuss the logistics, but it is really a bad idea to make Sox fans have to stay in the hotel if they want to attend all 3 days. We already spend enough money going to the games and making a hotel stay a requirement is just gouging the fans. Staying in a hotel, when my house is less than 40 minutes away, is not a vacation.
