June 25, 2010
#1.) June 8, 2001 – Lee Slams Cubs – White Sox 7, Cubs 3 (10 innings)
Carlos Lee hit a game-ending grand slam off Courtney Duncan with two outs in the 10th inning to lift the White Sox past the Cubs. The Sox win was their fifth straight at home and 12th in their last 14 games overall. Lee’s slam was the third of his career and the Sox fourth game-ending homer of the season. The crowd of 45,936 was the largest regular season turnout in new Comiskey Park history. Starter David Wells left with back spasms after failing to record an out, marking the shortest start of his career. Sean Lowe relieved Wells with the bases loaded and escaped unscored upon.
