Countdown to Konerko Night
The White Sox will honor retiring captain and franchise legend Paul Konerko with a special pregame tribute Saturday, September 27, when the team is scheduled to take on Kansas City at 6:10 p.m. The ceremony will be a memorable presentation with special guests and video tributes that celebrate Konerko’s career as a member of the White Sox, as well as his legacy off the field. Fans are encouraged to arrive early.
During the ceremony, the White Sox will present Konerko with gifts that celebrate his career. Special guests will be in attendance for the ceremony, including several of Konerko’s former teammates, friends and family.
