After Last Night’s Postponement, Sox Back in Action

Three in K.C.
With last night’s postponement in Kansas City, the White Sox and Royals will now play a three-game series with the make-up date TBA. The Sox rotation will stay the same with everyone just moved back a day. Miguel Gonzalez (pictured above) will start tonight, Carlos Rodon tomorrow and Mat Latos Sunday in the series finale vs. the Royals. Chris Sale will pitch the opener vs. the Mets in New York Monday on Memorial Day.
The Sox (27-21) maintain their half-game lead over the Indians in the American League Central.
White Sox vs. Royals at Kauffman Stadium, Kansas City (7:15 p.m. CT, CSN) in the opener of the series and what is now a nine-game road trip that continues with three vs. the Mets and three vs. the Tigers. Starting Pitchers: RHP Gonzalez 0-1, 4.57) for the Sox, LHP Danny Duffy (0-0, 2.13) for K.C.
