I'm Scott Reifert and I am the vice president of communications for the Chicago White Sox. I have been with the White Sox since 1991, experiencing our first World Series title since 1917; three division titles (1993, 2000, 2005), the 2003 All-Star Game, great times (like now) and tough times (which we were able to quickly forget). Hopefully, this blog will give you some insight into the 2006 White Sox, a few observations (humorous, we hope) and occasional thoughts on baseball, the White Sox and the media. In my current role with the Sox, I try to focus on all the methods we have to communicate with our fans, from advertising and polling, to the internet and traditional mass media.
